Create a learner account

Register with your name, email address and a password, then wait for an administrator to approve the account.

From the welcome screen, select Create Account. The form asks for Full Name, Email and Password.

Enter your details and register

Enter your full name and email address, create a password, accept the terms, then select Sign up. Wait for administrator approval before trying to sign in.

If something goes wrong

I registered but cannot sign in.

A new account must be approved before it can reach learning content. Ask your training manager to check the registration if approval is taking longer than expected.

The Sign up button is unavailable.

No. The app shows feedback and then moves to the next question. Review the selected answer before choosing Next.

Open the module, select Add Content, and enter the content Title, Order in module, and Duration (mins). Then choose the approved DOCX file or enter the verified Video link before selecting Create Content.

Adding modules does not publish a course. The course remains draft until the separate publication action is completed.

The duration is not what I expected.

The course duration is calculated from the Estimated Minutes entered for its modules. Review each module's duration before publication.

Choose the Notification Type and Priority, then set the Publish Date. Review every value before sending because the same form can address all users.

Select Send Notification after the final review. Return to Notifications Management and confirm the new row's Status and Date Sent.

Save Draft is unavailable.

Review the required message and delivery fields. If Save Draft remains unavailable, use Cancel to leave the form without sending and ask the product administrator to check draft saving.

Use the calendar control beside Publish Date and choose a date after today.

Open Notifications Management and check the Status and Date Sent columns. A future delivery should show Scheduled.

Choose a status

Open the Status selector and choose the state you want to review. Confirm each matching row using the Status column; the selector may retain the full list after selection.

If something goes wrong

Selecting a status does not narrow the list.

Use the Status column to identify the required rows. The current selector may retain the full delivery history after a value is chosen.

A notification shows Failed.

Confirm the recipients, message and delivery method before using an action control. Record the title and date so the product administrator can investigate the failure.
