Done. You are signed in and the home screen shows your points, quizzes and badges.

If something goes wrong

I registered but cannot sign in.

Registration alone does not grant access. An administrator has to approve your account first, and you receive a notification once they do. If you registered some time ago and still cannot sign in, ask your training manager to check the approval queue.

My account used to work and now it does not.

An administrator can deactivate an account. A deactivated account cannot sign in at all. Contact your training manager to confirm the account is still active.

Getting started

Find your way around the home screen

Read your points, quizzes and badges, and reach every part of the app from one screen.

Read your stats and daily quiz

The home screen greets you by name and shows Your Stats: Points, Quizzes and Badges. Below it, the Daily Quiz card starts a short reinforcement quiz drawn from material you have already completed. Quick Actions link to courses, the leaderboard and quizzes.

Done. You can read your own progress and reach courses, quizzes and the leaderboard.

If something goes wrong

My points have not gone up after a quiz.

Points are awarded when a quiz is submitted and scored. If a quiz was left part-finished it does not count. Open the quiz area and check the attempt was submitted.

What are badges?

Badges sit alongside points and quizzes on your stats. The rules that award them are configured for your organisation, so ask your training manager which activities earn one.

Learning

Find and start a course

Search the course library and filter it by category to find something to work through.

If something goes wrong

I cannot see any courses.

You only see courses that an administrator has published and that your organisation is eligible for. If the library is empty, ask your training manager whether any course has been published yet.

Quizzes

Take a quiz

Open the quiz area to take a module quiz, the daily reinforcement quiz, or start a new one.

Open the quiz area

The quiz area lists the quizzes available to you. Quizzes are generated by AI from the learning material, so the questions follow the module you have just completed. After you submit, you see your score, which answers were right and wrong, and an explanation for each question.

Done. You have submitted a quiz and seen your score with an explanation for each question.

If something goes wrong

Why did a quiz appear after I finished a module?

Completing a module triggers a quiz generated from that module's content. It is meant to be taken straight away while the material is fresh.

Where do the daily quiz questions come from?

Only from material you have already completed. The daily quiz is reinforcement, not new content, so it will never test you on a module you have not reached.

If something goes wrong

How are points earned?

Points come from learning activity and quiz performance under rules configured for your organisation. Ask your training manager which activities are worth points in your environment.

The leaderboard shows everyone on zero.

The period selector defaults to Today. If nobody has taken a quiz yet today, every score reads zero. Switch to Week or Month for a longer view.

What happens if I request account deletion?

If something goes wrong

A count here does not match the one on another screen.

The dashboard, the analytics screen and the user list can report different totals in some environments. Treat the user list as the reliable count of accounts, and raise the discrepancy with your platform team.

A category groups related courses. Create the category first, then assign courses to it as you build them.

If something goes wrong

A learner says they cannot sign in.

Find them with the search box and check the Status column. A deactivated account cannot sign in, and a newly registered learner cannot reach content until the account is approved.

What is a moderator?

ADD MODERATOR creates an account with different permissions from an ordinary learner. Confirm with your platform team what a moderator can do in your environment before assigning the role.

If something goes wrong

A notification says Failed.

Use the resend action on that row. If it fails again, the recipients may have no reachable device registered, so check with your platform team.

What is the difference between Active and Scheduled?

Scheduled means the notification has a future send date and has not gone out yet. Active means it has been issued.
